Whilst it
would be possible to launch T1 drones without the skill bonuses, it seemed more
sensible to at least get to a skill level to field a base Warrior II drone.
Starwalker expected to need to fight off frigates or tacklers and a Warrior II
drone set would be helpful for that task.
The Electronic Warfare Drone Interfacing increases your control range for all drones, not the effective range of electronic warfare drones (e.g. at V you can command drones out to sixty km without extra modules). I have a bug opened to have the wording clarified.
